OK, finally - I've now released Jelly form, "the simple PHP form that works like jelly." Yep, that's the tag line! Anyway, Jelly form really is a simple PHP form processor that can integrate into existing pre-built forms, with minor modifications, or users can choose to use the sample form page that comes bundled with the package.

Jelly form comes in two free versions, lite and premium (free account required). Premium gives you validation of radio buttons, check boxes, an SMS notification feature and a carbon-copy option. Both forms offer validation of text fields, text areas, select boxes, page redirect and auto-replier.
